- Collating & maintaining various reports.
- Publishing reports on regular intervals highlighting campaign & agents quality parameters.
- 6 months experience of working with B2B industry as quality analyst
- Should be skilled in Call monitoring, Data management & Quality monitoring
- Advance knowledge of excel.
- Good computer skills.
- Proficiency in preparing reports using MS-excel formulas
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Sound listening and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment.
