Trainee business development representative
Key Responsibilities

• Understand campaign specifications and client’s requirement.
• Perform research on client’s products & services to understand the purpose of campaign efficiently.
• Make outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies.
• Engage in meaningful conversation/s with key decision makers and business owners.
• Deal with difficult prospects.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets to create high quality sales pipeline for our clients.
• Maintaining quality of leads and assuring that it falls within client’s requirement.
• Creating & modifying calling script after going through the campaign.

Job Requirements –

• Excellent communication skills – both verbal & written
• Advance knowledge of excel.
• Good computer skills.
• Flexible enough to adjust as per client’s requirements.
• Sound understanding and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment.
