Team Leader – Telemarketing
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering campaigns within given timeframe.
• Responsible to improve skills of current team (confidence, call quality, paving new strategies to polish team member’s skills).
• Monitor and review call to ensure quality and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
• Measures team performance & productivity; communicates goals & target to team; and encourages and motivates telemarketers as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas.
• Prepares and presents weekly and monthly reports
• Resolves Team & Campaign complaints and grievances.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 4 + years of relevant experience.
• Any bachelor’s degree or Post graduation.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.
